About the Job
The Administrative Executive Assistant is focused on superior client service, meticulous administrative support and competent office operations management. The position supports client relationships through a variety of interactions and handles most facets of the day-to-day office operations. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the firm both in terms of your work hours and your responsibilities. This is a 30-40 hours per week position.

About You
The ideal candidate is a positive, self-starter who likes working in a small, collaborative team environment. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Friendly, cheerful and professional demeanor.
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage yourself and your time.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with, NetDocs, Salesforce, XMindPro, and Proseries are a plus.
• Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and Quickbooks are a plus.
• Experience with talking to prospective clients is a plus.
• Complying with a background check is required.
